Participatory workshops at Elementary School Kralj Petar I
4 March 2026We are proud to announce that Green Heritage Pedagogical Framework is now available on our website under the section Repository. Please download it and validate cultural heritage and related green practices as a relevant educational resource.
The Framework brings together sustainable development theory and innovative pedagogical approaches, including regenerative design, sustainable tourism, digital tools, and participatory learning. It offers an interdisciplinary, practice-oriented model that helps teachers use heritage as a dynamic educational resource and positions education as a key driver for developing 21st-century competencies. Aimed at students aged 13–18, it links heritage education with contemporary societal challenges, fostering critical thinking, environmental awareness, and active citizenship.
The outline of the framework was prepared by Zrinka Mileusnić (UP), while the final version was co-created with GreenHeritage partners, teachers, and educators through dedicated workshops.
