Green Heritage Projec ttook part in this year’s International Scientific and Professional Conference Politehnika 2025
, held at the Sava Center in Belgrade. The event brought together experts from tourism, environmental protection, cultural heritage and rural development—creating an inspiring space for knowledge exchange and new collaborations.

Jelena Anđelković Grašar from the Institute of Archaeology presented the concept “ Green Heritage– Archaeological Parks as Living Labs for Achieving Sustainability ”, contributing to discussions within Scope 9: Ecotourism and Rural Development.

Sharing research, good practices and experiences with colleagues from Serbia and abroad once again showed how joint efforts can shape innovative, sustainable approaches to heritage management and new opportunities to strengthen the role of archaeology in sustainable development!
